At KBANDEAU, every swimsuit is handmade with care and sewn just for you. Because each order is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

That said, we want every customer to feel confident and happy with their order. If something feels off or doesn’t fit quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will always do our best to work with you and get you what you need.

Turn Around Time

Each KBANDEAU suit is handmade with love, which means our standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks. We carefully sew each piece to order, just for you! That said, your suit might be ready even sooner — and we’ll always send you a shipping update right before it heads your way. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!

Order Issues or Concerns

If there’s an issue with your order — whether something arrived damaged or just doesn’t seem right — please email us at KBANDEAU@GMAIL.COM within 5 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a brief note about what’s going on (photos are helpful too). We’ll respond within 48 hours and take care of you.
